We also want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we offer a 3 day return policy** on the vehicles you purchase from our store (some exclusions apply, contact us for program details). If you don't love your new ride, you can bring it back and find a car you'll love. In addition, we offer a 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty on most of the vehicles on our lot*. ***Test-own period starts on the day that you receive the vehicle. To be eligible for return policy, notify dealership prior to 5 P.M. EST on the 3rd calendar day after receiving vehicle (if you receive on a Monday at 1 P.M. EST, notify dealership of return before 5 P.M. EST on Thursday). Return will be subject to a 10% restocking fee if not exchanged for another vehicle. If a vehicle was traded in as part of the original purchase, the dealership reserves the right to keep the trade in vehicle at the price listed in the original purchase contract. Dealership will make arrangements to coordinate the return of vehicle at the time of notification by the customer. Return policy includes 100 miles of test driving during your 3-day test-own period. Customer may still return the car if it's driven over 100 miles, however, for every additional mile after the 100-mile limit, a fee of $1.00 per mile will be charged. The vehicle may not be returned if it has been driven over 500 miles during the 3 day test-own period. No returns will be accepted for a car that has been modified, damaged, or altered from its original condition upon delivery. No returns will be accepted if the car has been in an accident or has had a lien or other encumbrance put on the vehicle (other than the retail installment contract you signed with Apex Imports).
