I've had my 2015 GLA for over a year. I drove it across country and back three weeks after purchasing. It is just a pleasure to drive - handling like a sports car, with interior comfort, great on gas mileage with plenty of room. The exterior/interior are gorgeous. The features are so easy to use - navigation etc. Mercedes Benz customer service is unbeatable. I feel I'm taken care of in every way possible through Embrace, road service, etc. I don't feel like "oh you bought your car, now good luck." When I drive this car I feel confident that if I needed help, I'd get it right away. Everyone compliments me on this vehicle. - 5.0
Wow - Love It!

I've owned this car for a month, so can't attest to its reliability - fingers crossed. Let me preface this review by saying that I LOVE MY CAR. Having come from a Japanese luxury SUV that felt like I was driving a La-Z-Boy down the road with no engine noise, road response, or pep to the drive, the all-wheel drive Benz has been a blast to pilot! The infotainment system was easy to figure out, the dashboard controls are well thought out and intuitive, and the front seats are very comfortable. I routinely carry three teens in it with few complaints about room or comfort and, so far, the tan interior is holding up to the poor choices children make while eating and drinking in vehicles. The only "cons" I've noticed are the (1) lack of storage space (think MINI-sized glove box and centre console), (2) HUGE number of blind spots due to the small windows and large front headrests, and (3) when my hair is up, there's little headroom because the panorama sunroof support eats up a lot of upper volume. Gas mileage has been decent but not great, but most of my driving is in-town. Drives dope at higher speeds and feels more like a practical sports car than an SUV. I would buy it again in a heartbeat!
